At Lullaboob, we understand that as a mom, finding free time can be challenging. That’s why we offer the option to return products within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

How to make a return?

It's just 4 simple steps:

1. Pack the products securely in a box of regular shape or a poly mailer. Seal the package with tape. Do not use stretch wrap.
2. Place the order number visibly on the package.
3. Send the products to our address: Lullaboob, Koziorozca 2A, 11-034 Tomaszkowo, Poland
4. Wait for your refund — once we receive the package, we will process the return and refund your money (using the same method you paid for the package).

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, follow the return process and then place a new order:
