30 days for returns At Lullaboob, we understand that as a mom, finding free time can be challenging. That’s why we offer the option to return products within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

How to make a return?

It's just 4 simple steps:

  1. Pack the products securely in a box of regular shape or a poly mailer. Seal the package with tape. Do not use stretch wrap.
  2. Place the order number visibly on the package.
  3. Send the products to our address: Lullaboob, Koziorozca 2A, 11-034 Tomaszkowo, Poland
  4. Wait for your refund — once we receive the package, we will process the return and refund your money (using the same method you paid for the package or, in the case of cash on delivery, to the account number provided in the return form).

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, follow the return process and then place a new order:

  1. Pack the products securely in a box of regular shape or a poly mailer. Seal the package with tape. Do not use stretch wrap.

30 days for exchanges

Just like returns, you have 30 days to exchange products.

Why can’t we simply exchange products directly, and you need to return them first?

Due to limitations in our IT systems and many automated processes, we cannot process exchanges in another way. The method we propose is the fastest and most efficient. We hope you understand.
